Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Moonshop platform by business users.

1. Scope
Moonshop is a business-to-business software platform for AEC teams. By creating an account or using Moonshop, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your company.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- You must keep login credentials secure and use the platform lawfully.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another firm's data, services, or infrastructure.
- You must not upload malicious files, infringing material, or content you do not have rights to use.
- You are responsible for validating engineering and sustainability decisions before relying on analysis outputs.
3. Customer data ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded IFC files, project inputs, generated analysis outputs, and exported reports. Moonshop processes this data to provide the service and improve reliability/security of the platform. Moonshop does not grant other customers access to your firm-scoped data.
4. Service availability
Moonshop is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime and operational resilience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, provider incidents, or internet failures may affect service continuity.
5. Pricing, plans, and usage limits
Paid plans include usage limits and features as shown on the pricing page. Usage quotas and plan entitlements may be updated with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and payment obligations under your selected plan.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is material breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or security risk. You may stop using Moonshop at any time. On termination, access may be removed and data retention will follow the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability limitations
Moonshop provides analytical tooling to support professional workflows and is not a substitute for engineering judgment or legal compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonshop is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including project delay, lost profit, or reputational loss.
